Votes for Women

Votes for Women  During the early 20th century Mrs. Pankhurst and others founded the Women’s Social and Political Union which campaigned for women’s right to vote.  This pack of 54 illustrated cards tells the story of this hard struggle.  Each card is captioned to explain the significance of the image.  The images are contained in the collections of the Museum of London.
